Don’t get us wrong — the more people onboarded into the space, the merrier. But because of the constant influx of great art and ideas, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with all the news, launches, and general happenings.

Well, you can put the days of endless Twitter and Discord scrolling behind you, as we put together a weekly list of upcoming NFT drops you definitely don’t want to miss. Here’s what to look out for this week.

Seedlings

Who: VES3L

What: a 199-edition generative art NFT

When: November 21 @ 1:00 p.m. ET

Where: art blocks

Why: The seeds for Seedlings were planted all the way back in 2019, when VES3L made their first steps into the world of generative art. It was a simple concept: a long-form study of fractal trees and the endless variations that could emerge as a result. The idea stemmed from a deep appreciation for “green spaces” that took root after years of living in the concrete jungle that is New York City. With years of experience in generative art under their belt, VES3L is now able to do this idea justice. As each fractal tree blooms in Seedlings, flowers and abstractions for the sun and moon now also bloom forth from the algorithm. In line with the collection’s theme, 25 percent of all proceeds above the resting price from the sale will go toward funding organizations that “support the preservation and development of green spaces in urban areas.”
