One of the longest-running and most beloved video game series of all time is getting the NFT treatment.<\/p>\n
Today, software platform Enjin and well-known video game company Square Enix announced the upcoming launch of a collectible set of digital cards and figures inspired by \u201cFinal Fantasy VII,\u201d the iconic 1997 RPG, according to a recent press release.<\/p>\n
Enjiin, a software platform that lets developers create their own NFTs on Ethereum and integrate them into games and apps, and Square Enix, the company behind the famous game, are releasing the collection in honor of the game\u2019s 25th anniversary.<\/p>\n
The release will take place on Efinity, which Enjin bills as its next-generation cross-chain network for NFTs built on the Polkadot blockchain.<\/p>\n
