    OneLand<\/span>\u2019s 7-day data reveals land market cap for the 10 listed metaverse projects down 4.01% to around 950,698.32 ETH or $1.24 billion. Aggregate land caps rebounded through September on the back of a <\/span>Decentraland<\/b> recovery, but have since reversed, falling for a second consecutive week, as has <\/span>Decentraland<\/span>\u2019s land cap for a second week since early August.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Land caps of other projects were mostly up, but marginally, for the week, including <\/span>The Sandbox<\/b> which at least maintained some momentum as it moves into its final weeks of AlphaS3.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Total land cap of <\/span>Otherdeeds<\/b> ended the week pretty much where it started it, up just 0.33%. It follows a one-day crash of 8.4% on Oct 7, after it had begun the month flirting with half a million ETH. There were no high-price sales this week, and in fact there has not been one <\/span>Otherdeed<\/span> sold for higher than 40 ETH since September. <\/span>Trading volume<\/span> was up for the week (+9%), as it has been for the month.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Meanwhile, it was a better week for <\/span>Arcade Land<\/b>, with trading volume up 211% and sales 113%. <\/span>Voxels<\/b> also saw a weekly climb in trading volumes, while <\/span>Voxels<\/span> and <\/span>Arcade Land<\/span>\u2019s average prices recovered 56% and 45%% respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

    ETH\u2019s price remained stagnant for the 7 days (down 1.23%) as it has been for a month now.<\/span><\/p>\n
